Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Lawh.ai (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Lawh.ai is an AI-powered design tool that generates and edits graphics from text prompts and lets you export them. Features and plans may change over time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country).

3. Plans, credits & billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy.
• One credit is consumed per new AI design generation. Editing designs you have already created does not consume credits and is subject to a fair-use limit.
• Plan changes are prorated. You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it reverts to Free.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content, to violate others’ rights, or to abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload and the designs you create. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to any assets you upload.

6. AI-generated content

Designs are generated with the help of third-party AI models. Output may not be unique and similar results may be produced for others. You are responsible for reviewing generated content and ensuring your use of it complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, branding, and design, is owned by Lawh.ai and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or brand.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lawh.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
