This Privacy Policy explains what information Lawh.ai collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email, and a hashed password.
• Content — the prompts you write and the designs and assets (images, logos, fonts) you create or upload.
• Usage data — basic logs and metrics needed to operate the Service.
• Payment information — handled by Kelviq; we store only a customer/subscription reference, never your card details.
• Session recordings — we record product sessions (pages viewed, clicks, and navigation within the app) via PostHog so we can see where the product is confusing or broken.

How we use it

To provide and improve the Service, generate and store your designs, process subscriptions and credits, prevent abuse, and communicate with you about your account.

AI processing

To generate and edit designs, your prompts and relevant assets are sent to third-party AI providers (e.g. Anthropic) that process them to return results. We do not sell your content.

Third-party services

• Kelviq — payments and subscription management.
• Anthropic — AI generation and editing.
• Amazon Web Services — storage of media assets.
• Cloudflare — content delivery and security.
• PostHog (EU region) — product analytics, session recording, and error reporting.
• Mailgun (EU region) — transactional email, such as telling you a design has finished.
• Google Analytics — anonymous usage statistics, so we can see which features are actually used.

Connected applications

You can connect Lawh.ai to an external AI assistant, such as Claude, using our connector. If you do, that application can create, read, and edit designs, templates, and uploaded media in your account on your behalf — and the content it reads is processed under that application’s own privacy policy, not ours. It cannot access your password or payment details. You can revoke access at any time under Account settings → Connected apps, which immediately invalidates every access token issued to it.

Cookies

We use an essential cookie to keep you signed in, a preference cookie to remember your language, and analytics cookies set by PostHog and Google Analytics to measure how the product is used. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell your data.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your designs at any time, and you may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise them.
